One way I do that is by providing my team members with mentoring and training. But, I’m not here to do things the way they’ve always been done. When I develop pieces of training, I take the time to understand what’s working and what isn’t, so my curriculum is always evolving to meet my team’s needs.Keeping staff well-trained can be complicated and pricey. Whether I’m streamlining processes or coaching the next generation of leaders, I’m here to make a difference!Having started my career as a tutor, I keep client needs in mind no matter what I’m doing. As a director, I learned to manage a substantial grant budget while supporting diverse teams.
