One way I do that is by providing my team members with mentoring and training. But, I’m not here to do things the way they’ve always been done. When I develop pieces of training, I take the time to understand what’s working and what isn’t, so my curriculum is always evolving to meet my team’s needs.Keeping staff well-trained can be complicated and pricey. I confidently navigate reducing the time and money necessary by skillfully modernizing curriculums and efficiently planning trainings. My work is a passion, and no process is sacred. Wherever I am, I’m practicing continuous process improvement to take things to the next level. Whether I’m streamlining processes or coaching the next generation of leaders, I’m here to make a difference!Having started my career as a tutor, I keep client needs in mind no matter what I’m doing. As a director, I learned to manage a substantial grant budget while supporting diverse teams. Today, I drive leadership and education quality while supporting client, employee, and organizational needs.I love being a part of a healthy work environment, and I’m always ready to do my part in keeping it that way.
