•Manage and execute marketing communications plan for the Tennessee Division, including message/offer strategy, media mix, email marketing, signage, and consumer/realtor events •Manage the marketing budget to the Tennessee Division •Plan and coordinate community events and grand openings•Provide division with materials such as displays, creative flyers, invites, brochures, and inserts•Maintain community webpages on brand websites •Work with photographers & videographers to create imagery, videos, photo tours, plan tours, etc.•Create monthly, community specific marketing emails to robust lead, prospect and realtors•Audit and maintain MLS for the Tennessee Division•Manage, train, and encourage the hosts working in the communities, as well as the Resident Ambassadors for Del Webb
