Regularly communicates with lab personnel, the finance and administration departments, vendors, and the institution's receiving department.-Lab Personnel: Supervises laboratory aides to ensure space is clean and organized according the department, institution, and FDNY standards. Responsible for laboratory personnel entry and exit procedures including assigning of work, fridge, and freezer spaces, lab notebooks, lab access, and supplies. Responsible for overseeing laboratory technician notebook checks and data audits. -Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for laboratory upkeep and maintaining equipment. Negotiates annual service agreements. Works with outside vendors to ensure repairs and maintenance appointments occur.
