Starting off my career by helping student-athletes, I have been able to take my experience as a former college athlete, combine that with my previous work experience, and help families navigate through their recruiting journey. My experience as a Recruiting Coordinator has furthered my ability to assess a customer’s needs. By considering what college coaches are looking for and comparing where athletes would incorporate into their criteria, I was able to match multiple athletes with the right college fit.As I transitioned into the Turf Advisor role, I continued to improve my sales techniques and gained a wider set of skills as a Project Manager. I was able to be apart of the entire sales process from start to finish, in charge of making sure everything in between was seamless. My capability to plan, meet budget targets, evaluate possible risks, and execute to a high standard has made me successful in expanding my abilities. With any position, my goal is to put those I am helping and working with first. I strive to work in an environment where I can build relationships with people and help a company be successful in their overall mission. My degree in Communication, with a focus in Interpersonal Organization on the business front, has taught me how to adapt to any work environment.
