District Sales Director
CurrentAs the District Sales Leader in New York State, I have exceeded my District’s sales and production plans over the course of my tenure. Through a strong strategic vision and execution of the district plan, successful development of market sales leaders and new agent leaders and the ability to recruit new talent when appropriate has led to this success. Every year I develop and execute an annual operating business plan to drive profitability, sales results, employee development, recruiting and staffing goals. Through collaboration with my zone business partners, we perform stakeholder and risk analysis on District-related issues. Recruiting new talent and merger acquisition is integral for the District so I provide oversight for the District’s agency pipeline and market distribution. My strong knowledge of the marketplace, my ability to assess market conditions, along with analysis of financial data has led to accelerated market share. My expectation of fostering a collaborative culture and one of integrity, both with my direct reports and my agents, has fostered a District that prides its on being compliant as well as productive.
