Customer Success Executive
Current* Managers a customer book-of-business valued (CARR) at 8.67million dollar.* Applies knowledge of the customer journey and customer financial year calendar to open discussion for renewal proactively.* Navigates high-value/enterprise renewals and net-new sales by demonstrating value proposition to customer through usage, adoption, and outcome data. * Collaborates cross-departmentally leveraging customer relationship and customer’s challenge/needs knowledge to optimize upsell/cross-sell opportunities.* Enables the customer to improve usage and adopt our product through flexible and differentiated 1:1 and 1:many remote and in-person training.* Earns a 10/10 customer NPS score quarter over quarter.* Creates and tracks on a State Government (Georgia) strategy that unifies the efforts of our 4 enterprise client accounts.
