About my role: I am the finance business partner to the CRO and CMO. I am also on rotation as Secretary to the Extended Management Board. As business partner, I am responsible for topline controlling, target setting, and financial planning for all Enterprise / Big Tech / Fleet & Logistics / Ride Hailing customers, next to overall responsibility for opex management: management reporting, target setting, controlling, governance, and financial planning for the global marketing, product marketing, and sales enterprise teams.

About my role: I was the finance business partner to the Managing Director of Automotive, as well as a member of the BU Automotive management team. As a member of the MT, I: supported and led the BU in all strategic and operational planning; partnered with the managing director for all finance-related topics; led a team of 4 to deliver all Automotive financial planning, month end close, and deal analysis to the TomTom management board.Other responsibilities included: sales compensation target setting; external audit support; leader of company-wide "Great in People" program; 1 of 8 women selected globally for leadership acceleration program.

About the company: TomTom Automotive provides navigation technology to global automotive manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers.About my role: As the Business Controller for TomTom Automotive I had primary responsibility for long term investment planning and deal analysis, along with supporting overall financial operations of the Business Unit and managing month end / quarter end / year end close. Day to day I worked closely with: Sales to ensure up to date Salesforce forecasts; Finance Operations to ensure accurate and complete invoicing and accruals; Financial Control to translate operational results into IFRS; Group Control to analyze and explain monthly results. In this role I also controlled BU Automotive's software development technical unit. I worked closely with the software development managing director, program managers, and project managers, managing and planning project budgets for ~400 engineers globally. I was also responsible for all Automotive business cases / deal reviews, working closely with the Automotive leadership team supporting global sales, marketing, governance, and pricing efforts.

AerCap (formerly ILFC), NYSE: AER. Relocated to AerCap’s Amsterdam Headquarters from legacy ILFC’s Los Angeles Office in October 2014.

Worked on the $8bn sale of ILFC to AerCap; one of the largest M&A deals in the Netherlands in 2014.

About the company: International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) was a global market leader in the leasing and remarketing of commercial jet aircraft to commercial airlines. About my role: The Strategic Planning Department supported all departments at ILFC in all matters of analysis for strategic and tactical decision-making, in addition to enabling process improvements, compiling internal and external communications, working closely with AIG Strategic Planning (the global insurance company - our parent company), and, in general, providing support needed for change within ILFC. ILFC was acquired by AerCap in May 2014. As a Director in the Strategic Planning department I was primarily responsible for financial planning and corporate development, with the main priority to divest ILFC from AIG: via IPO or sale. Following several IPO and sale alternatives (e.g., Chinese and Saudi consortiums), in 2014 we closed the sale of ILFC to AerCap, a Dutch aircraft lessor. I worked with AIG Strategic Planning and several investment banks on these projects and the closing - Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citibank. Following the closing, I was tapped to relocate to AerCap's headquarters in the Netherlands.

About my role: As an Audit Senior Assistant at Deloitte AERS I was primarily responsible for executing the integrated audit of a Fortune 200 Aerospace & Defense company.

I completed a Master of Accounting concurrently.About the company: StandardAero is one of the largest independent aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers. About my role: As a financial analyst at the Los Angeles MRO I was primarily responsible for operations-related finance and accounting analyses - for example Measures of Performance, billing days, labor utilization - as well as design and implementation of Continual Improvement projects.

About my role: I worked as a teaching assistant during my Master of Accounting program. Courses included intermediate accounting and audit.

About my role: I was recruited during my last year of university into the competitive management consulting training program at CAST, a boutique consultancy specialized in financial services.

About the company: CAST Management Consultants was a boutique financial services management consultancy. I was promoted from Associate Consultant to Consultant in January 2008. The firm was acquired by West Monroe partners in 2017/2018.About my role: As a management consultant, we identified revenue enhancement and process improvement opportunities for banks and insurance companies. As an Associate Consultant/Consultant at CAST I primarily worked on projects for Union Bank and M&I Bank (100% travel from West Coast to Midwest for 18 months).
