I am also exceedingly adept at transitioning between disparate activities, stakeholders, clients, and team members so that work is accomplished and individuals feel heard and valued even in fast-paced and complex systems. I love what I do because setting vision and goals and developing teams to achieve them gives me the opportunity to be creative and see the fruits of the labor! In my free time, I throw axes, urban and trail hike, read novels and leadership books, exercise, and creatively write short stories.
