Lead the People Analytics team in providing relevant and insightful workforce data aligned to support business priorities.Build and deliver HR Dashboards, Scorecards, and other people metrics to make strategic and tactical recommendations.Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams on system enhancement/implementation and other complex projects or business activities with people data implications.Oversight for people data governance and education/adoption efforts.

Design and deliver people analytics solutions and insights leveraging Workday, aligned to solve business challenges and support initiatives.Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics tools, including report writer, calculated fields, Prism analytics, dashboards, and discovery boards.Led Reporting & Analytics project workstreams for Workday implementation for the USA and international groups.

•Design, prepare, and analyze reports for senior management on key business metrics: compliance, compensation, performance, turnover, headcount, and other employee records. •Act as system administrator and technical expert for payroll (Ultipro), performance management (Success Factors), recruiting/ hiring management (Brassring), and training software (Element K) systems, including performing user acceptance testing and providing support and training to end users. •Create and maintain the Human Resources section of the divisional employee Intranet and department Sharepoint sites.•Partner with senior members of finance, information services, corporate HR, and management teams to drive process improvements and initiatives.

Provide professional level Human Resources guidance and perform activities in functions such as Employment, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Employee Relations and related areas.
