I hired, fired, trained all employees. I delivered cleaning supplies to all 22 employees. I traveled 3 counties to make sure the jobs were done right and to get updates from clients and employees. If someone called in sick and I couldn't get the job covered I would do it. Most of the jobs were Medical buildings and a fee factories like Little Tikes.
