Reviewed, edited and tracked high-level documents for Director, maintained team’s calendars and handled scheduling for meetings, events and travel, and wrote articles for CPO’s monthly newsletter on team’s behalf. Quickly promoted to Contract Specialist. Maintained and created spreadsheets to track projects’ status, archived documents as necessary, recorded processes and procedures, assisted team in opening and close-out process for projects and oversaw closing of all encumbrances at end of fiscal biennium. Simultaneously continued as top tier administrator for this team consisting of Unit Manager plus seven Project and Construction Managers.

Accepted into program sponsored by French government through C.I.E.P (International Center for Education Studies). Taught English to French high school students at various skill levels. Created and implemented lesson plans to stimulate conversational involvement by the students. Ran a lunchtime conversation table for students wanting additional practice outside the conventional classroom setting.
