Rango provides patient self-management tools and online support that improve patient activation and treatment adherence. Designed both the product itself and its evaluation data warehouse. After one year of operations, enrolled more than 2,500 individuals and successfully increased PAM scores.* Launched a Medicare Bundled Payment for Care Improvement, Model 3 (initiates at sub-acute admission), along with improvements in post-acute discharge planning and follow-up.* Participated in Medicaid DSRIP planning by serving as a governance committee member on 3 Performing Provider Systems, spanning Care Models, Patient/Stakeholder Engagement, and Patient Navigation.* Responsible for data collection and analysis on VillageCare outcomes and market trends.

Successfully launched a start-up non-profit health insurance plan, offered off and on the NYS Health Benefit Exchange. Provided leadership on the full range of health plan operations, from designing benefit plans and premiums, to defining target markets, to designing and implementing population health management supports. Ensured compliance and delivery of milestones for the NYS Department of Health, the NYS Department of Financial Services, and CMS.

* Secured and implemented a NYC contract for Adult Protective Services* Secured licensure of a Medicaid Managed Long-Term Care Plan, VillageCareMAX* Led the re-engineering of primary care to achieve level III PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home) certification.* Directed "SeniorChoices Community Initiatives,"​ including 2 Senior Information Centers providing wellness, advocacy, and referral for over 850 older adults annually, and several grant-funded projects to find and engage isolated seniors.* Served as Senior Policy Analyst for Long-Term Care with the Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century ("Berger Commission") from 11/2005 - 7/2006

Created a senior care management line of business and later secured funding through CMS to create a sustainable care coordination program. Additionally, created business plans for several new programs, including inpatient dialysis and a senior housing management company.
