As the Co-Founder, and Director of Business Development, my role continuously evolved. Beyond direct sales, I spent my time with the following activities:-Identifying new business opportunities relative to both products and geography by tracking new markets and emerging trends-Writing proposals, plans, processes, and procedures-Guiding internal and external recommendations for strategic planning to meet long term objectives, business needs, and business process improvement-Develop and Manage budgets and financial reporting-Develop and execute an effective marketing plan -Building and expanding the presence of the company & brand-Product Planning and Supply Operations-SalesIt is the business philosophy that Revient company remains three-tiered by holding the responsibility of social equity, environmental stewardship, and local economic vitality up to the utmost standards. A forward-looking company that also values our country’s history. This is why we chose the name Revient, implying “to come back", or "to return”.

In this role I worked on the front line with leaders in higher education of North Carolina to coordinate and plan for the Appalachian Energy Summit and the overall initiative to transform the University of North Carolina system energy use. Attention to detail while developing the strategic plan for this event and the year ahead was critical as we challenged the University system as a whole to transform energy utilization and reduce the environmental impacts of both higher education and the state.The Appalachian Energy Summit is the annual gathering of the state-wide University system to support the initiative.

Develop, organize, and coordinate the practicum program for MBA students as well as assist with administrative work.
