I specialize in all areas of public relations and marketing (advertising, special event management, marketing strategy, project management) in the hospitality and tourism industry. My interest in marketing was initially fueled by my desire to work on creative projects. Whether it be sewing, refinishing furniture or working through logo design; I’ve always had the creative bug. I attribute this to being the daughter of a home economics teacher (now called family and consumer sciences) and a mechanical engineer, where hard work and time spent learning a new skill are valued. With over 12 years in the hospitality industry, I have a working knowledge of all levels of the industry and how marketing can enhance both brand recognition and the overall guests’ experience.
