A bit about me, I spent 5 years in the fitness industry where I honed my skills in sales, customer success and team management to become the Director of Operations. From there, I transitioned into the SaaS world via online ordering as a Quality Assurance and Training specialist.I have since transitioned to continue my training and development as SMB/MM Onboarding Account Manager in the Medical Tech Space. My ability to breakdown complex concepts, make learning a new product enjoyable, and building strong connections with my clients are just some of the best parts of my job.
