• Oversaw a one hundred-fifty fold growth in revenues at SystemsAccountants Ltd (£200,000 to £30m+) and a hundred-fold rise in operating profit (£20,000 to £2.4m). • As part of an management team of three, grew the business from two staff to over 40 staff.• Established, managed, and continually improved the corporate infrastructure and service functions of the company to enable and support continual growth over 15 years - HR, IT, sales & marketing, finance/MI, supplier management, compliance/legal, projects, and property.• Delivered over 10 significant projects (ranging across organisational restructuring, compliance and regulatory, creation of US subsidiary, process re-engineering, technology and property moves). • Personally recruited, inducted, trained, developed, managed and mentored over 60 people.• Led the development and growth of SystemsAccountants Inc, building the operation in the Chicago and the Greater New York markets. • Set up the contractor service line of SystemsAccountants, which now accounts for over 70% of the company gross margin.• Interviewed and assessed over 1,000 people for internal and external roles.• Established and ran a successful graduate programme.• 15 years Finance / IT recruitment experience including permanent, contract and interim.
