I provide company-wide leadership raising awareness, supporting and training inter/national headquarters clients and potential clients using the OmegaOne, OmegaSites and OmegaRecruit products. Additionally, I make recommendations to optimize operational efficiencies and more effectively use OmegaFi services and applications. I promote quality, service and growth, help develop and implement new technologies, identify future business opportunities and manage relationships with key client partners and vendors.

I work with OmegaFi's GINsystem and recruitment platforms to ensure the products meet the needs of new and current clients. I maintain relationships with those in the headquarter offices of the national clients I work with with on a day-to-day operational capacity. My responsibilities include fielding enhancements, conducting training, problem solving, managing tickets, creating reports and invoicing.

I work with 44 Alpha Delta Pi chapters across the United States managing finances and ensuring that these chapters are fiscally responsible. I send statements and collect payments for member accounts. I provide customer service for clients, national organizations, house corporations, parents, and administrators. I strive to keep professional yet personable relationships with all my administrators. I set up new accounts for my perspective organization as new colonies are developed. I work closely with administrators to make sure the roster, fees, and financial information are up to date. I am a presenter for our training webinars for incoming administrators and advisers. I was chosen to present to OmegaFi's largest audience in the history of the company.

My responsibilities as the front desk assistant include answering the phone, scheduling patients for appointments, filing charts, calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, customer service, and general, miscellaneous office tasks.

I am an instructor at Overtime Athletics which is an organization that is new to the Atlanta area. This organization provides elementary school kids with the opportunity to play games and sports after school. My job is to organize and implement games for the kids to play in a safe and fun environment.

I assisted in the rewrite and editing of the Housing Training Manual for collegiate, parents, and CorpRAs. I have also created spreadsheets for multiple corporations in multiple networks to assist with billing. I have created and formatted a manual to assist in the training of incoming House Directors. I also assisted the Director of AOII Properties and Corporate Services and other various corporate relations managers in the department. I gave input on interior design options for various AOII properties.

I answered the phone, scheduled appointments, and helped customers with products and questions.
