Attend to various member services issues for clients of the Margot Connell Recreation Center. Sell memberships, lockers, and other gym services. Create a welcoming environment for all clients and readily assist with their needs as they arise.

I facilitate two meetings with undergraduates per week to discuss mental, physical, and emotional wellness. I also execute various events for ~9,000 undergraduates during the school year, bringing awareness to mental health causes. The center also supports administrative responsibilities and plans collaborative events with other campus organizations.

Research and report on amendments and bills being presented in legislative session. Attend hearing and briefings relevant to committee topics. Coordinate events and honors for constituents of the 11th Hampden District.

I worked as an instructor for math and reading courses for students aged 3-18. I helped facilitate a merger between our center and a local nonprofit that sponsored students to attend our center. Acted as chief liaison between our center and this nonprofit, as well as to the corporate franchise location of Kumon North America.
