Manage Dynapac’s capital goods inventory investment, including monitoring and communicating stocking levels as required. (Demo/ Used/ New). Keep track of all inventory by location and ensuring ERP locations are accurate. Interface with the product company to facilitate order expedition, to ensure that customers are up to date with the status of orders. Interface with logistics to assure proper delivery to the customer. Follow up on all deliveries and invoice completed sales orders on a daily basis. Develop the proper logistics processes for incoming products that produce the most cost-effective result while satisfying all customer’s requirements. Investigate and resolve problems relating to inventory, pricing, deliveries, returns, and credits when necessary. Assist management with liaison activities between dealers, sales teams, and independent organizations. Work with the dealers and finance department with billing and contractual documentation.

Verify customer accountinformation is correct, and verify that the customer is in good financial standings with BeaconMedaesAssist with collections of any past due invoices that prevent order entry. Work to generate servicework orders, and schedule all field related services including planned maintenance, warranties,standard service jobs, and emergency services. Serve as the information liaison between DivisionalManagement, Regional Management, Project Management, Technical Support, Service Technicians,contractors, and customers. Maintain scheduled service orders from order entry to invoicing. Invoiceall completed service orders. Generate customer credits and re-bills to correct invoicing errors.Receive and code invoices from vendors and third party companies through the ePayables Databaseto ensure prompt payment. Work with vendors on invoice discrepancies to receive credits and re-billsas needed.
