Demonstrated expertise working with borrowers and presenting all Loss Mitigation options.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to partner with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.Reviewing financial packets by analyzing tax returns, paystubs, profit and loss statements, and other income verification documents to determine borrowers gross and net income, monthly debt, and disposable income.Determine what type of retention (repayment, forbearance, loan modification, HAMP, partial claim) or liquidation (short sale, HAFA, deed in lieu) options are best for the borrowers situation.Manage an individual crystal of state assigned loss mitigation accounts daily, while executing at least one hundred outbound and inbound calls daily.
