I am an intern at Ezra Lee Design and build. I job shadow multiple designers and am able to see how they all work. I am able to get samples and supplies to create boards and visions of what the project will look like. I am able to sit in client meetings and see how they interact with clients and how they get their information to make it the best possible place for the client to live. I have completed and interior design pathway at Skyridge high school and have taken the Interior Design class 1,2 and 3. I have completed all the certificates for the classes. I have learned the fundamentals of interior design and how to apply them to a real project. In Interior design 3 I am helping to design a house that is being put on the market. I help with the decisions of all the design plans and use my knowledge and skills to create a home. I have communicated with others to make the project run smoothly and have used organization to keep everything in order of what we want. I have been in a job with child care for over three years. I am an assistant teacher and have stepped up to be a head teacher when it is needed. I have learned how to work with people collaboratively and to create work that will bring the best outcome for the kids. I have learned how to work through problems and take the lead if it is needed. I know how to communicate with others and talk with my end goal in mind. I know how to compromise with others so that we can all create a space for kids that is an easy, fun learning space.
