• Perform the day-to-day management of change. Ensure that appropriate change management process/strategy has been considered.• Point of contact for all the changes including changes from other workgroups that might affect the team. • Coordinates and communicate all changes to participants (i.e change requester, change approver, change manager, and change implementer, counterpart change coordinator, appropriate team).• Prepares weekly reports & summary of changes for the participants.
