The hospitality industry is incredible and ever changing. My 18+ years in the industry has seen everything from the birth of airbnb to the devastation of a global pandemic. Through it all, I have served clients with next level service and led my teams with support and enthusiasm. As the Senior Director, Member Services - Operations and Retention at Exclusive Resorts I wear many (fabulous) hats. Interest in the club is at an all time high and as a club we are moving quickly and with many new faces! Overseeing Operations and Retention require very different focuses, but I never stop considering ways to streamline our efforts and ensure our members are receiving an incredible experience from beginning to end. Because of our team’s tireless drive to create a one of a kind member experience, Exclusive Resorts has gained strength throughout the pandemic and is on an incredibly positive trajectory.I understand that a positive experience begins with the systems we use. Along with my team we support 60 staff members who oversee our systems, reporting needs, office needs and Account Management support. If members choose to leave Exclusive Resorts, I use my empathy and listening skills to understand their perspective, to learn, and to create future client engagement and retention strategies.When I am not working with our team and our members, I am spending time with my husband , 17-year-old daughter, and two spoiled fur babies whom I adore.
