Current- Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates, including sourcing , screening , interview and onboarding.- know Job description to fully understand the requirement for various position with the company - Sourcing application through online channels such as LinkedIn, other network and Ads.- Conduct initial phone screening interview.- Interviewing and manage interview scheduling for candidates and hire teams to ensuring timely andefficient coordination.- Selection: Presenting job offers to selected candidates and conducting necessary negotiations regardingpackage and benefit- Handle onboarding of new employee and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transitionfor new hire, setting them up for success from day one.- Keep records off all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.
