The group host educational sessions internally on topics such as investment, how equity grants works, and many other useful skills. The group also works with leadership to reshape language and hiring practices/approach to diversify the candidate pool. We've seen nearly 5x increase in the number of women hired and 3x in all the other demographic categories.
