• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and the project manager to understand automation requirements and objectives.• Develop, modify, and optimize Simatic PLC (S7 1200, S7 300, S7 1500 series) program to achieve a precise and efficient system in various applications. Software: TIA Portal V13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 or Simatic Manager.• Develop Simatic HMI design as per the process view to simplify easy and smooth operation. Software: Wincc Flexible, Advance, Professional for Basic, Comfort, and PC systems.• Perform hands-on Sinamics Drive ( V20, Micromaster, G120, G120C, G120XA, G120P, G130, S120, S210, V90, Simotion D series) and other brands (ABB, Denfoss and Mitsubishi Drive) commissioning, tuning as per application, and troubleshooting. Software: Starter, Simotion Scout and Startdrive.• Conduct testing and validation of the Drive system, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.• Integrate Drive system with existing machinery and equipment, ensuring compatibility and smooth interaction.• Provide technical support and guidance to onsite teams during the installation and startup phases.• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools in the field of Automation to enhance system capabilities.

• Responsible for Sinamics Drive ( V20, Micromaster 420, 430, 440, G120, G120C, G120P, G120XA, G130, S120 and Simotion series) commissioning and troubleshooting.• Accountable for Simatic PLC ( S7-200, S7-1200, S7-300 , S7-400 and S7-1500 Series) and HMI Backup Upload and Download.• Executing equipment testing and failure resolution.• Work with senior leadership to identify, develop, and execute upon opportunities for process strategic improvement.• Interface with internal customers and provide service and support.• Provide full support for improving processes or quality in engineering to ensure accuracy.• Good understanding of process control logic and debugging skill.
