• Creating and organizing Priority 1 / Priority 2 bridges and handling the bridge to resolve the issues by directly working with the technical teams and clients.• As an Incident Manager, I was responsible for the fast restoration of all contractually agreed high priority incidents and for providing effective communication and coordination between the EXL technical teams, EXL Business Stakeholders and Clients.• My primary focus was to drive restoration of high priority Incidents that have direct impact on the client's business, to ensure that activities within a process are being performed and meets its (SLAs).• Work with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors, to identify the root cause of incidents and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.• Responsible for sending all incident notifications as per agreed process. Continuous follow up with support teams for relevant notification update. Ensure incident timeline report is created immediately after resolution.• Provide regular reports on incident management activities to management and other stakeholders, including incident trends, SLA performance, RCA performance, P1-P2 Outages and overall incident response effectiveness on daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Maintain documentation related to incident management processes, procedures, and actions taken to resolve incidents.• Performing weekly sync up call with the client in which review of all the open incidents/service requests is done
