As an HR intern at Pehchaan NGO, I am eager to learn and contribute to an organization that is dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities. With a passion for human resources and a strong desire to make a difference, I am excited to support Pehchaan's mission by assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR-related initiatives. I was appointed as an supply chain manager where I worked under various departments like Inbound and outbound. I was involved in hourly report making in MIS,P2I and IRT.I worked with Issue Resolvent Team (IRT), under outbound department, where I was engaged in solving issues like item shortage, excess item, damage item.I worked with P2I team under outbound department where I was involved in shipment tracking.I was also engaged in quality inspection of goods in Inbound department, where I had to ensure the quality of goods which came inside warehouse.
