Review staffing/expansion requirements to the existing pool of resources, recruitment and management of project teams including development of skill set profiles, appraisals, promotions and salary based on performance.Streamline costs by steering technical team and managing web applications that enables customers to remit title insurance policies electronically that resulted in reducing manual labor by more than 65%. Accountable for developing and supervising applications that resulted in premiums in excess of half a billion of dollars remitted electronically to The Fund. Lead web application product development to help customers remit policy premiums electronically (ACH and/or credit cards). Responsible for reducing overheads, cutting payment cycle time by more than 95% and collecting payments in excess of seventy five million dollars.

Led product strategy by collaborating with customers, corporate strategy managers and delivered innovative solutions to meet time-to-market demands. Organized and participated in the development of The Fund’s flagship application DoubleTime from conception to delivery. This product is installed at more than 3000 client sites.Managed multiple projects end to end and delivered very high quality solutions through well planned and repeatable implementation with flawless cut-over planning, data conversions and go live without any significant issues or defects. Managed Business and System processes redesign thus replacing legacy manual processes with excellent change management and trainings.Head a team of cross functional senior business and technical employees. Mentor new hires and train personnel on various processes of business and technologies, reducing their learning curve and increasing their productivity. Led the team to build the competency assets from the project for the benefit of entire organization. Successfully completed two projects in Tulsa, OK and Orlando, FL while contracting for R-Systems. Both were large scale development efforts using client server paradigm.
