Alondra was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and graduated from Texas State University with a BFA Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design and a minor in political communication. Aside from her design and communication background, Alondra holds an associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America. Combining her diverse backgrounds in design, marketing, and culinary arts, Alondra honed her skills while working in the food and beverage industry and the design and marketing world. This unique blend of experiences led her to embark on her entrepreneurial venture, Social On Top Creative, focusing on Digital Marketing and Design.Previously, Alondra worked as a communication assistant and marketing lead at UTHealth Houston School of Public Health in Brownsville, where she used her skills and knowledge to promote health in marginalized cities near the Rio Grande Valley. In addition to working at Social On Top Creative, Alondra is a certified Zumba and Dance instructor and teaches weekly classes at a local dance studio.
