We talk about their short-term and long-term goals as well as the obstacles they are facing. From those conversations I work with my team to put together a custom marketing partnership plan designed to help propel that business towards their growth goals. Once a partnership is formed, I am able to continue with that project to continue serving as their go-to resource for information, questions and strategy.

I work with a great team of creative, out-of-the-box thinkers who challenge me to learn more and try new things every day!

Mansfield Ohio

My primary role is assisting prospective students through the enrollment process, from inquiry through enrollment, for the School of Graduate & Professional Studies. I provide initial information on academic programs, assist in the application process, review degree audits and serve as a liason between the student and the support services at MVNU through the enrollment process. I have exceeded my enrollment goals every year. I have the opportunity to use my experience and knowledge to help mentor newer Recruiters as well. Other responsibilities include managing the email templates utilized by all GPS Recruiters. I also assist in the training of all new GPS Recruiters.

Lincoln, Il

I wore several hats while at LCU, but my primary role was overseeing the campus visit program for the School of Undergraduate Studies Admission Office. I worked with high school students and their families to build custom individual visits to campus. I would also coordinate large scale visit days and youth events on campus. Through this role I worked extensively with other departments, building positive working relationships across campus. I also mentored our Student Ambassador and Telecounselor teams. In my final year with LCU I became more involved with our marketing and communication strategy as well as helping implement a new CRM system with our team.

This was a college internship where I had the opportunity to develop a strategic marketing plan for their retreat center as well as assist in grant research and writing.
