As a coordinator for Early Careers & Campus at Bayer, my work is mostly focused on a duality that combines screening applications and preparing short-lists and the contract creation of those who succeed.As a screener, I like focusing on the skills and the potential the candidate bring to the table and value whether they are a potential fit for the position - all of this from an unbiased, objective and serious perspective, which I have acquired with experience. As a contract administrator, I enter the details of the future intern/working student/trainee in the system, create the contract and send it out. For this, I like ensuring the best candidate experience by delivering the documents in the best of delays, answering the possible questions coming up - always trying to make a safe space for the candidate to express their doubts and concerns.Aside, I also support, on the one hand, the Event coordination by ordering materials, finding possible speakers and creating the landing pages; and, on the other hand, the interview coordination by scheduling appointments between intervirewers and candidates.

I proposed to both the Universitat Jaume I and Plena Inclusión my project, which consisted in translating and adapting medical texts to an Easy-to-read format for people with cognitive diversity. When I got positive feedback from both sides, I analyzed several texts from the American Cancer Society and finally decided to pick, summarize, translate from English to Spanish and adapt both the introductory text "What is cancer" and "Liver cancer", creating a whole new text. Once the self-summarized text was both translated and adapted, it was reviewed and corrected by the Cognitive Accessibility Team, which is formed by people with cognitive diversity. After checking and correcting it all together, we got the final result.

As my first experience in Human Resources, I worked as a Recruitment Coordinator for Lonza via Korn Ferry. My main task was to schedule and coordinate hiring managers, recruiters and candidates to ensure the best experience for all the parties involved in the recruiting process.In this role, I had the chance to put into practice almost all of my language skills, as I spoke Spanish, English, French and German daily. This experience also gave me the opportunity to get an insight into how the Pharma industry works, as well as I learnt further about business culture in DACH, France, Belgium, UK and Spain.In addition, I supported Korn Ferry while proceeding with languages check-in, evaluating candidates' level of Spanish and French.

During this short period of time, I worked as a Customer Service Representative with German language for MoneyTransfer via HCL Technologies. As it was the beginning of the project, the main task was testing the website and applications, ensuring the customers would profit from the highest quality possible.I decided not to prolongue my contract due to personal reasons which led me to spend one month and a half in Spain.

I applied for this internship because I was interested on working on my DE>ES skills. During those months, I translated literary texts from German to Spanish.

As a Virtual Product Assurance Assistant, my goal was to ensure that the toys sold at Amazon.de were compliant with the European Toy Safety Law (2009/48/EC). For that matter, I classified the products whether they were indeed toys or whether they should be classified under a different category. I also worked on document review, ensuring the sellers and vendors were providing the proper documentation to obtain the best customer experience.

As an international volunteer under the European Solidarity Corps program in FERSO (Lodz, Poland), I had the chance to teach Spanish language and culture at the Kindergarten Nr. 118 of Lodz and develop didactic methods to encourage and promote interculturalism from an early age. Additionally, I coordinated a variety of events to practice and promote the Spanish language at the Biblioteka Otwarta of Lodz and I supported a collateral voluntary project called Hablando po hiszpansku for the same matter.
