I helped to integrate a new SIP phone system for Randal Lowe Plumbing at their office. I had to create two networks, one for the computers and one for the phones with the existing network. This required rewiring the existing ethernet to update the lines, labeling each jack on each end for a computer and a phone, toning out, mapping, and labeling what lines go where in the building. I also built and maintain a server for Spencer-Love Homes as well as manage their network and firewall.

While working for Floor & Décor, I created multiple dashboards in SolarWinds to monitor servers in various data centers and each store's routers, switches, access points, and battery backup units. I reported to my superiors just like any other employee and had frequent check-ins on my progress and what my tasks were for the day during our morning meetings. I used Atlassian Jira to create and monitor my task performance and timelines. While using SolarWinds, I worked closely with a colleague to help whenever I had an issue with the SolarWinds instance, such as the database crashing or not saving entered data.
