Major responsibilities includes -- Improve service by creating analytical tools that look at the input metrics rather than the output metrics to determine opportunities in supply and demand for Business Units- Collaborate with SMEs to develop complex tools that help make better business decisions to improve KPIs- Responsible for management and development of analytical tools that involve data spread across different systems in a dashboard/scorecard format that is easy to use- Develop standard work for end users and train them on the tools created- Ensure data accuracy and thoroughly understanding data sources and calculation of various metrics
