Currently, I am the manager of the team and still active in export sales with my 2 Export Territory Managers, 1 Planning Engineer and 2 Operation Specialists. Our current monthly export sales had reached 4000 tons during this period. The current sales budget of our department reached to 50 Mio USD. I am proud that -with the export sales reached- the company has become the one of top 500 companies in ISO ranking with it’s export sales already exceeded 50% of its total production, and been awarded with various awards in the field of export. Again, in order to develop export relations, I stayed in Ukraine and the USA for a while in order to organise the customer relations and logistics connections. As a result of the current machine revisions, the production capacity reached 4200 tons per month, and our exports increased by 100% during this period, reaching an average of 2400 tons per month. In this period, additionally I was also assigned for purchasing raw material for the the recycled paper production (waste paper). I stayed for a certain period of time to develop /… Show more When I started as a Sales Specialist, the production capacity was: 11.000 Tons per year . Company was converting 70% of this production to finished products and was looking for ways to evaluate the surplus production. As a result of my researches and visits, I achieved for the company to enter the export market, where it had never existed before. It started with Israel and the Middle East, then carried on with Western Europe and the UK. I stayed for a certain period of time to develop / control commercial relations and logistical connections in these territories. After establishing the office and agency network, we maintained our regular trade with these countries for more than a decade. During this period, the Company had launched its second mill and increased its monthly production from 900 tons to 3000 tons. The paper jumbo roll sales which I’d managed was increased from 300 tons to 1200 tons. This was the beginning of how I’d managed to start the export operation from nothing with 400% growth in total jumbo roll sales in 3 years. Show less
