Manage and coach the High School team to maximize their effectiveness and performance. Demonstrate leadership in the recruitment, training, assessment, and retention of quality staff. In collaboration with the Assistant Director of Student Life High School; builds a 24-hour schedule for high school students that is responsive to their physical, emotional, social and academic needs. Completes informal observations on a regular basis and provides written feedback to the observed employee. Monitors staff deliverables and provides the DSA with weekly reports on the submission of HALLS lessons and grades, SPARKS Plans, and Kickboard utilization.

Manage Field Experience Administrative Process and the primary contact for field experience communication. Oversees over 2000+ placements per year. Establish policies and processed with a lens towards education justice as related to field experience. Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, and serve on the MidValley Consortium. Collect and analyze data related to field experience to support decisions with stakeholders. Organize Student Teacher Conference each semester to provide students information and orientation relating to their field experiences.

Manages and oversees the daily and long-range assessment functions of the School of Education. Assist the Dean with working with the faculty and staff to complete the variety of complex tasks necessary to maintain institutional and specialized accreditations. Ensure that the SOE and secondary education programs follow best practices of the academic assessment community in conducting assessments and complying with accreditation standards.Evaluates annual assessment reports and student learning outcomes for each department to promote continuous improvement and provide input on academic and administrative program review.Responsible for summarizes findings from assessments and goals, write executive reports and present assessment results to dean and other stakeholder groups.Responsible for the Advisory Board Meetings with internal and external partners and oversee the student organizations, mentoring programs, student registration and preparation for required certification assessments
