20 years of experience in fashion and luxury, corporate communication, graphic design, and event management.Worked with the apex body of fashion in India, the Fashion Design Council of India in various capacities. I have been in the driving seat for successfully organizing the India Fashion Week for more than 25 seasons apart from other key fashion events including the India Men's Week, India Couture Week, and other leading fashion projects.Since August 2018 post the floods, I have been part of initiating a craft revival project in Kerala and part of the founding team at Save The Loom, and One Zero Eight - a curated concept space to exhibit and retail handmade luxury.My skillsets include ideating and executing fashion events, managing communication and design, digital media strategies, administrative communication, and event-related design and implementation. Instrumental and team leader in strategizing and launching successful fashion and lifestyle events with the ability to communicate with C-level partners and associates. Demonstrated 360-degree leadership in event organization, business development, marketing, communication, and organizational skills with varied experience in team management, vendor management, and planning.I have been a guest faculty at the National Institute of Fashion Technology - New Delhi & Kannur and the World University of Design. Conducted lectures and been on the Jury Panels on Craft Documentation, Branding, and Fashion Communication. I satisfy my creative quests by reading about design and culture, working on various design and branding projects, and more recently working as a celebrity stylist.
