- Acquire projects of FF&E from major hotel brands and F&B outlets.- Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. - Evaluating client needs, getting products and prototypes developed, creating aesthetically pleasing interior spaces in both new and classic fashions. - Work closely with designers to select color schemes, styles, themes, and layouts to bring the design to life. - Preparing work schedules according to the defined timelines. - Coordinate with manufacturers, arrange visits to facilities, inspect final productions and arrange final deliveries in accordance to logistics and warehousing possibilities.

• Analyzes and understands customer business requirements, assists them with defining Engineering  gaps. • Designs complex data, transport tools, and converged networks to support goals and meet all kind of Engineering needs;  • Advises company personnel, suppliers, and customers of nature and function of Engineering tools and other equipments.  • Investigates potential suppliers and recommends the most desirable. • Interviews supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to engineering products. • Consults with engineering personnel to establish performance criteria and specifications for manufacturing and testing • Arranges and participates in conferences between suppliers and engineers, purchasers, inspectors, and other company personnel to facilitate material inspection, substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, utilization, and economical procurement of tools and equipment installed in hotels, hospitals, stadiums, exhibition centers and any other hospitality sector or related. • Drives proposed customer designs through internal channels to ensure timely customer proposal delivery;  • Interfaces with external technology vendors on detailed aspects of new bill of quantity for Engineering tools as required. • Develops working relationship with Sales Management to understand and contribute to account strategies; Engineering and Technology to discuss market trends and understand technical evolution for company.

• Help developing new messaging and competitive analysis to form unique selling prepositions for a sales team of 100+ people.  • Managing the production, maintenance, fulfillment and measurement of all marketing materials  and company forms;  • Create a library of relevant research articles for our physician customers  • Organizing the exhibitions for coming futuristic features for various softwares. • Help rebuild the corporate website and manage the content and administration. • Manage multiple vendors including print, promotional items, fulfillment and web. • Managing marketing programs including testing portal and customer surveys;  • Helping to identify sales opportunities and/or improve efficiencies; and providing other support as required.
