• Completed Work Break Down Structure WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for factory upgrade in 8 weeks, an industrial Engineer completed according to WBS
• Was assigned 2 failed projects with 7 weeks to delivery but 15 weeks of work left. Redesigned drastically for accelerated manufacturing processes, tweaked at all ends where schedule could be accelerated, negotiated.
• Restored customer relationships, thereby leading to an additional business and savings of at least $20M and thus avoiding stiff penalties and embarrassment in the oil industry

• Responsible for 2 new data centers ($70M each) as part of a 4-year, $400M total network replacement project for 19 hospitals and 80 medium-sized health care clinics. Managed 30 team members, including 10 stakeholders.
• Led the creation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a risk assessment profile, plus all resource planning, scheduling, test procedures, quality assurance and stakeholder communications for 2 large IP Data.
• Refined, installed and commissioned a “hot standby” backup configuration so that all data (health records, digital images, telephone systems, etc.) was immediately accessible if the primary system failed
• Developed “Best Practice” Project Templates and Processes within Program Governance for a multi $200M 4 year Telecom IP project to increase efficiency and consistency in Project Management Methodology, and tracking the.
