Successfully mitigated multiple operational challenges (>$1M/year in savings), and was instrumental in implementing an operating envelope change which captured a short-term $1M incentive.

Piloted a "Dock Expediter" role, coordinating 120 imports/exports by marine vessel while ensuring product quality, safe operations of the marine facility, and the refinery’s ability to meet customer demands. Ensured alignment and facilitated compromise between internal and third-party stakeholder groups to optimize the marine schedule, reducing the indirect and direct costs of delays by $3M over a five-month period. Developed an Excel-based program currently being used to help coordinate the movement of $1B/year of petroleum products.
