PROJECT: PDaS Private Drains and Sewers on behalf of Severn Trent Water. Upgrading private sewage pumping stations to a safe and serviceable standard DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - client liaison- delivering/ upgrading 154 sites to a safe and serviceable standard- managing main contractors and sub-contractors (DNO's, electrical subcontractors, pump suppliers)- designing 20 sites during the AMP 6 batch- leading handover to Severn Trent Water service delivery teams- producing scoping documents through to detailed design - TMA, NRSWA co-ordinator- early procurement of materials - Involvement with cost to complete / budget reviews - Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors- Involvement with preparation of subcontract orders- Assistance with the evaluation and submission of claims for variation works- Active involvement with collaborative planning sessions- Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of Health & Safety performance
