Managed new product development for #1 premium pet food brand sold in specialty channel; including validation and commercialization of new products, management of cross-functional project teams, and monitoring of competitive activity and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.

Launched $200MM premium haircare brand including marketing plan development and implementation, consumer insights, breakthrough media tactics, DTC sampling & promotions, and targeted influencer relationship marketing.Launched new premium bodywash line to expand $125MM Olay(r) brand bodywash business including traditional and online marketing plan development, advertising, and competitive analysis.
