Prioritize in a time-crunched, fast-paced environment to keep the team focused on what needs to be accomplished. Remain flexible and willing to adapt to meet the needs of the team. Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope. Maintain communication, both with client and internally, setting and reinforcing expectations and ensuring there are no surprises. Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected. BONUS: Created and implemented processes between the Sales/Project Management team as well as the Design/Production team.
