The core responsibility includes:- Coordinating the different phases of the project in order to optimize it;- Financing of projects;- Negotiation and closing of corporate financing needs;- Analysis of potential investments and bids;- Cash management and follow up of existing projects.

Project Finance Modeling : Analyzing the viability and feasibility for new investments by the execution and development of the specific financial model. Mainly international experience, UK, Mexico, Brazil, Netherlands, Belgium, Honduras, Dominican Republic… More than 15 projects submitted with a total amount of 9 billion of dollars.Financial Analyst:Participating (sometimes leading) in the financial work groups of the projects creating and implementing complicated Financial Structures to optimize economic gain. Project Finance, Bonds, institutional investors.. Asset Management:Controlling: Revision, control and monitoring the budgets and results of the concessions and managing the financial contracts of those companies (waivers and renegotiations). Studying the different options to optimize de future cash flows.Company Valuation: Analysis, assessment and direct participation in the negotiations of sale of assets and companies

Identify and study the local key drivers of the business and analyze the physical infrastructure requirements.Evaluate main cities and their connections. Identify the legal framework.Elaborating a draft of a possible network development.
