Corporate Law and Finance.Advise and represent clients (both private and government) in connection with Mexican and Latin American corporate and financial transactions, securities laws, financing transactions, and corporate restructurings. Provide legal advice to clients with respect to Latin American financing matters and other corporate affairs, as well as the required structuring to ensure successful implementation.Participate in leverage finance transactions, debt restructurings and acquisition financings, as well as representing private equity funds and companies in financing transactions in Latin America. Advise clients with respect to exchange offers, debt tenders and consent solicitations.Provide advice as to a wide variety of complex corporate and finance transactions in Latin America and Europe. Represent non-U.S. issuers, underwriters and other participants in the full range of securities transactions, including U.S. registered public offerings, U.S. offerings, private placements and offerings outside the US.
