Accountable for: - Manage the investment budget for 2 plants in BASF's Acrylic’s Complex in Camaçari - Scope definition, development, and implementation of investment projects related to productive, functional and infrastructure areas - Realistic cost estimation and scheduling - Project risk management (evaluation and mitigation) - Contact with Project stakeholders providing information regarding the project progress - Compliance with requirements related to quality, SHE and Operations - Project monitoring and controlling (KPIs Management) - Management of interfaces between engineering, procurement, controlling, legal office, construction and project stakeholders during planning and execution project phase - Assurance of Project deliverables on track, according to schedule and expected quality/costs - Development of project execution strategies and execution plans based on agreed project requirements - Identifying and implementing added value to the project - Project lessons learned management
