- Manage and oversee hotel operations to achieve maximum profitability; assure optimum service quality and facility standards; implement preventative maintenance programs; report to CEO or GM regarding any significant observations;- Develop loyal customers by providing best customer care to surpass their satisfaction; 
handle and resolve complaints timely and effectively; - Overview HR management practices; motivate and discipline employees with goal- setting, incentive programs and performance appraisal in order to improve productivity and employee satisfaction.

- Provide leadership vision to the Company in cooperation with CEO and the Management on development, evaluation and execution of annual plans; - Implement revenue generation initiatives base on advices from CEO and GM; 
examine and analysis financial information; - Enhance cost saving schemes without compromising standards and customer experience.

- Set up the villas and suites base on optimum standards and the preferences of 
VIP guests prior their arrivals; - Be circumspect to guests’ preferences and thoughtful to their needs; provide them an exclusively customized experience during the stay; 
- Inspect villas and suites as well as public areas so as to ensure pristine condition at all times; 
- Follow up maintenance work in coordination with Housekeeping, Engineering and other concern departments;
- Be versed ample F&B knowledge on a variety of cuisines as well as coffee, wines and 
cigars; - Coach and guide all butlers on duty to ensure the team work productively;
