I have over 12 years of management experience working in a high-paced building materials industry selling PEX tubing through multiple sales avenues and online retailers. My managing experience began when I was promoted to warehouse manager, where I implemented procedures and practices that increased efficiency and streamlined warehouse operations. Working closely with industry professionals and contractors to understand consumer needs allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of many of the on-field needs of professionals and average end users. Growing with an emerging market has allowed me to learn with the industry as it matures, distilling valuable insight on consumer trends and buyer reaction to new products. Starting in a warehouse position and working my way up to general manager has allowed me to learn and understand the way a company runs; whether it be day-to-day operations or proposing and implementing permanent fixtures in every aspect of our business. From sales to product design, I was able to experiment and create products that are tailored for our customers and their needs.
