Key Responsibilties-1- Leading a team of 15-20 FTE's2-Accountable for the performance of Team members in terms of Productivity/accuracy3-Team building, Team management and to share knowledge with the team4-Responsible for auditing of claims5-Responsible for preparation of routine and Management report6-Responsible for training of new hires7-Maintain training documents(Training material, Assessment copies, training scores etc)8-Plan for new hires training and provide process training9-Responsible to conduct refreshers & Bi-monthly Knowledge aptitude Test (KAT)10-Assess development and training needs of Team Members based on assessment of quality and productivity11-Ensure accurate and timely reporting to customers and management12-Part of 3 Quality Projects (1 Green Belt, 2 Yellow Belt)13=Having good command over LSS basic tools (Cause & Effect Diagram, Pareto Chart, Histogram, Scatter Plot etc.
