Working with internal employees and the dealer network, the team focus is to provide a world class training experience that drives kick-ass premium dealer channel experiences for our loyal and passionate evangelists.My responsibilities cover the planning and delivery of all international training that develops the competencies necessary to deliver Harley-Davidson Customer Experience within the dealer network. Deployment of the HDU training curriculumResponsible for program managementAnalyzing organizational training needs, measures effectiveness, performs competency gap analysisEvaluating deployment best practice standardsChampions HDU curriculum quality and value to increase utilization.Recommends and maintains facilitator standardsLeads an internationally based training team and other support personnel

Leading Strategic Initiatives for Growth and Market Expansion.Responsibilities include defining, directing, planning and managing the execution or strategic initiatives for the International Markets. A delivery focused project role which manages a global portfolio of cross functional project plans and works proactively to navigate projects through dependencies with other projects from manufacturing through to product lifecycle delivery to market.This role requires strong working relationships across time zones and cross-functional, business support groups with Compliance, ERP, Finance, GIS, Government Affairs, Legal, Manufacturing, Materials, Operations, Sales, Supply Base, Tax and Treasury.

Responsible for Wholesale Revenue of $100M. Demand Planning and Sales Operations of Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories and General Merchandise for 12 countries throughout Asia-Pacific region.New market entry includes Vietnam and Philippines.Change Management of Product To Market Strategy in Singapore and Thailand.Market Optimisation & Strategic Planning in South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Guam,Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and New Caledonia.

Responsible for:Building the infrastructure for the Parts & Accessories and General Merchandise for the newly established H-D India Market Operations. Developing new partnerships and vendors including the first round of dealers in India for Harley-Davidson.

Responsible for implementation of dealer programs to improve quality, profitability and Operational Excellence throughout the Australian and New Zealand dealer network.

Responsible for reviewing existing dealer network and building relations as business manager to the dealer network to improve their quality and profitability.

Responsible for Network Development Planning, Corporate Design roll out program, Profit Planner & Focus groups and Dealer Contracts.

Responsible for the fleet vehicle ordering and disposal of these vehicles including start up of the Used Car Program.
